Dominique Saibron

From an early age, the world of pastry fascinates Dominique Saibron.
It begins in great restaurants as a pastry and discovered the art of artisan bread that would become his passion.

In 1987 he opened his first bakery Place Brancusi (Paris 14th), many guides will rank among the best in France.

March 2008 marks the arrival of Dominique Saibron on Japanese soil and the launch of the first to sign his name to discover new flavors to the people of Tokyo who know only the stick. For six other addresses have emerged in the Japaneses capitals, Tokyo & Osaka.

2009: creation of a Parisian storefront was needed. Since summer 2009 this is done with the opening of its new French address in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
